The customer service at this location is great. It's the online app that never worked right, was confusing and really hard to read on a cell phone!!!
JOY H.There was a chunk out the tire causing truck to vibrate vigorously and you felt every bump in road as if suspension was off, after 3 hours of driving it felt like the truck didnt want to stop making aloud whining noise, and had to sit on break to get it not to push forward while trying to stop, almost like if trans wasnt getting ready to seive up which is wierd for a new truck with 80000 miles, customer services ladies where pleasant and helpful, truck did better once we gave it and hour break but also was scared to pull over in a small foreign town so we pressed on to our final destination
