Extremely courteous staff. Everything was ready when I got there as I set a reservation beforehand. A brand name sign in the window to signal location of the merchant just to make that a little easier to navigate... but otherwise, an all around 10 out of 10. Great experience! Highly recommend and would absolutely do business again in the future.

Fernando OI tried to clean it out the best I could but I saw there was a 2024 Saginaw High school card in there. So apparently it does not get cleaned. They did not have dollies to rent which we needed. They are not very friendly...but then again, when I go into ANY uhaul location...no one is friendly. Since we don't have a choice but to use this facility, i have to say yes i recommend it.
N. LAero Pack and Ship is a great business to work with from their U-Haul rentals to shipping a package or any of their other services.
