How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf it were not for Red Aero pack and Ship I would not rent Uhaul period.. However if a alternative was offered from the Red Aero vendor I would choose that van or truck over Uhaul as a company. Bottom line vendors don't work for Uhaul, so employees not employed from Uhaul will abstain from dramatic and dishonest communication which I've seen in most Uhaul facilities, which make the overall experience a pain and (I will not recommend a Uhaul facility.) Example I recommend a service inspection of a returned van due to a antifreeze odor they ignored this and sent it out anyway this location was a Uhaul facility Haltom city at 820- 377 A similar sliding door lock issue which was not even really a safety Issue occured with a practily new van at Red Aero Pack Saginaw after my complaint rather than ignore this the employee at this Vendor location had it fixed before my next rental which was only a day before I rented again addressing the issue immediately. So school your official Uhaul facilities to improve the rental experience overall on honest communication and human error issues and when to be dramatic in communication. And when a customer gives you a safety warning concerning a rented vehicle don't ignore this issue address it, especially if you have a shop on-site like the 820-377 Uhaul facility. This will encourage rentals from a Uhaul facility if a vendor is short on vehicles.
