I got it home and it started to rain. There was a big rainbow slick under the truck. I had to call roadside and he showed up and did nothing. I drove it all the way to Bathurst leaking oil. When I dropped it off it was smoking from the oil leaking on the hot engine. There is a big oil slick in my driveway and I have to sell the house. I am too angry to contact you today. But tomorrow when I am calmer I will be making a claim. Someone needs to come here and clean this up.

I dropped off the truck Sunday evening around 7 o'clock well over 12 hours before the dropoff deadline and now I get charged an extra day I did not even use. I am not pleased with the service provided. I gave the keys back and the lady told me it was fine for today and that if there are problems someone would call me, it's should not be me that has to pay because they only check the van at 7:45 pm to say that it was there

gurwant sI ordered a truck and trailer to haul my truck back, the young untrained employee said my truck would fit. It did not and MONCTON trinity U-Haul wouldn’t help. I left my truck back in NB to drive back to Ontario then flew back and drove my truck back. ZERO returned call, ZERO apologizes. I rent from U-Haul a few times a year every year. I’m buying a trailer to never deal with U-Haul again.
