BENJAMIN OThe U-Haul provided business rental software application used by the partner location was difficult for staff to use and did not accommodate a positive customer experience. The location staff were fine. Pre enrollment did not help speed up the rental process at all, in fact the opposite.
John AThe gas accuracy needs to be maintained, receipt should be review with the customer, not emailed later. The trucks should be clean. The equipment should be ready when the customer arrives, not waiting for it to be removed from the shed when they arrive.
