Was supposed to pick up truck on Thursday at 6pm and the keys were not left so I could not pick it up and then was told I had to pick up the next morning. We were on a deadline and had to be done by 2pm so we only got the U-Haul for 4 hours when originally I was supposed to have it for 24 hours. And also the guy was not at the location to get the U-Haul at 9am. Had to wait till almost 10am before he shows up to give me the keys. Very unhappy and think I should be reimbursed some money on this
