VERY poor experience. trailer was rusty and the rear door latch barely worked. little to no cell service makes pickup and drop off take a very long time. no one advised me when i picked up for a 2 day in town rental that the building would be closed and a gate blocking the entrance. no way to drop off the trailer when i was supposed to. had to get in touch with the service reps and work things out.
