Krista MThe trailer was covered in snow, and I was not told of this prior to renting. I was sent over to the location by myself. It was hardly accessible, snow all around it as well. It was perched on a small hill (also covered in snow) and when I tried to move the trailer, it slammed into the back of my car, cracking my fender. Had I known how inaccessible the trailer was, I would not have purchased. I didn’t even use it.
