I was charged $7 for a dolly which I did not receive. It made the move much harder without the dolly.
MICHAEL OShannon took my reservation & it was perfect when I arrived @ 9am for pickup...the young man who was there on Thursday the 25th, was friendly, professional, & got me on my way by 915am
GUY PAfter hours pick up was super easy and efficient. Newer truck. Very clean.
Ken CVan did have an odd smell but no big deal. Very happy with my check in. When I got there, there were several people ahead of me, my first thought was oh nooooo, I’ll be here until noon!! The woman at the desk sailed through the line, did a great job and really knew her stuff!! Thank you!!
