Chris KThis UHaul Location became a partner in the recent move of an elderly relative to assisted living: we rented a truck as well as a hand truck and furniture dolly...then rented a furniture dolly on two other occasions as we were settling and replacing certain furniture pieces. The facility is easily accessible, the rentals clean, the rental process straightforward, prices reasonable, and the staff friendly, helpful, and efficient. When in the midst of all the variables that go into a residence move, it was a great benefit to have a rental location that worked so seamlessly with our schedule and equipment needs.
Scott FFirst of all, the woman behind the counter was not very pleasant. She was quite rude actually and made me feel uncomfortable. I am pretty certain I left my key at the counter by mistake for my car, which I was leaving there as I rented the truck. The truck smelled and had cigarettes in it. By the time I realized I had left my key there the office was closed. Later, I found the key in the middle of the parking lot. Initially, I felt 60+ dollars was an awful lot to rent the truck for a few hours. Because I had no choice but to return it later since I could not find my key I wound up getting charged an additional hundred dollars. And short, I will never rent a truck from U-Haul again. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this particular location either as it was extremely difficult to find in the first place and the Staff is very rude.
