You should charge hourly not the whole day I only needed it for 1 hour an 30 mins and I was charged the whole day
TREY JMake sure trucks are cleaned before rental and serviced. Give it the once over at least.
KELLY RIt snowed two days ago. I made my reservation 2 days ago. They knew I was coming. The truck was covered with snow, they plowed around it when cleaning the lot, I didn’t ask for a dolly as I needed as much space as possible in the truck, thy had a dolly in there anyway. There was no thought or care for the customer and nobody was around. Pretty poor.
