The only reason the cargo bay wasn't clean prior to my rental is the previous customer only cared for themselves. This facility is usually a self check in and self return. The renters should clean out the equipment. The facility access and parking is excellant. Highly recommend

Joseph BTruck was dirty I did mobile pickup and my truck wasn’t ready I had to wait another two hours to get the truck.
Jacob GNothing wrong with the place. However I wasn’t told that my local place didn’t have a truck for me and I would need to drive 50 miles one way to get the truck I ordered until one day before pick up. I received a 50 dollar credit but that seemed inadequate for the time and cost of such a distance. This also delayed my departure. In the future I’m not sure I will use U-Haul.
