It snowed two days ago. I made my reservation 2 days ago. They knew I was coming. The truck was covered with snow, they plowed around it when cleaning the lot, I didn’t ask for a dolly as I needed as much space as possible in the truck, thy had a dolly in there anyway. There was no thought or care for the customer and nobody was around. Pretty poor.

JOHN LThe only reason the cargo bay wasn't clean prior to my rental is the previous customer only cared for themselves. This facility is usually a self check in and self return. The renters should clean out the equipment. The facility access and parking is excellant. Highly recommend
