I was really frustrated with how little help the front desk was. I stated immediately that I was new and had never used this service before, thinking I would get a run-down of information of how/what my options are. My response I received after informing the employee of this was "K" and then an awkward long pause where she starred at me, and no words were exchanged. Literally she just sat there and did not speak a word. Instantly this was a red flag; which later only affirmed my suspicion that this process was going to be lengthy and frustrating. I was really confused because she was of no help absolutely what so ever. I could only imagine that maybe she was new and this was the result of poor management; or she simply did not care. After the long weird pause, I had to ask for the steps in which I needed to do next, in order to get my vehicle and leave. It felt like I had to force the information out of her. When I would get direction/info it was in bits and pieces. For example; I was told; word for word: "take a photo of your DL, front and back" I do so. Then the long pause/awkward stare.. I had to then ask is there something more I need to do with these? "You'll have to go on the website".... I had to tell her can you please maybe try explaining differently, im so sorry I don't understand what the steps or directions are. So far Im being told bits of information that im needing to string together in order to make sense. I had to ask her for directions that made sense. I found out, that I need to go to my email, find the url that was sent to me, open it where I will find the links in which I need to upload a photo of my DL and follow the steps from there. I verbally had to ask if those were the proper steps in which she was trying/not trying to say. She confirmed then. It was just really strange that she did not try or attempt to help or give direction. Usually from my observation; businesses love to inform new customers of the procedure in which they work. Maybe not all the same; but one way or another i thought the goal was to have the customer come back? I finally got my vehicle and was on my way. My understanding, based off no help, was when I was finished to return the vehicle. I called to confirm this step. I called directly to the location I rented from and told them I should arrive at 7, maybe a little after. The same lady encouraged me this was the right step, and to come back to return the vehicle at that time. She didn't tell me they would not be there/close and that I would have to return the truck through the online website. I didnt know any of that because she never informed that critical piece of info when i spoke over the phone.. Let alone when I first got thr van.. Unreal.. I was so livid and angry at this point. Feeling like I was just swindled out of more $ (because now i'd have to keep the truck overnight) I could not believe this had happened. Thats a pretty important part of the process I feel most would agree with. I ended up calling customer service where the gentlemen was of real help. I explained my frustration and the dialogue leading up to then. He helped me return the vehicle, with clear and direct steps. And was nice enough to make a note explaining the situation, so I would not be charged more. In the end it took an additional 48 frustrating minutes. I had a huge headache after. The van says rent me for $19.95 a day, but there are a lot more hidden costs. The company ought to be more transparent with this. They do not tell you about the almost 1.00 per mile they charge. Its not even close to 19.95. I paid close to $150(not including fuel, top tier~ $2 a gal) to use a van for less than 8 hours. Originally estimated to cost more (thank god it didnt) but I think its pretty ridiculous and outrageous overall. Especially having driven under 300 miles. I may have felt better and more justified had the employee had a clue as to how to do her job and be informed on the company procedures and steps, you know be of real help. Im still dumbfounded over the interaction. Sadly, there probably won't be a "next time" with these guys again.

Excellent location. Quick service.
The tank was only 3/4 full when I picked it up, I filled it up right before returning it but the guage is off and it was recorded as 7/8ths.
The truck really needed tires. road very bad could not drive it over 55 it shook so bad from bad tires.
I like the mobile app, got an error about "phone number already on file" that prevented me from check-in, had to go to counter to check in.
As long as you do everything online prior to picking up your trailer Everything goes smoothly
Staff was great. They helped me setup and make sure everything was hitched safely.
Location was fine, but you changed the pickup location and I had to go farther!
Great customer service. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend and use again.
Wouldn't need to improve anything! Thanks for the great equipment and service! :)
I have rented from here the last 10yrs and their staff and service is always great.
Please follow the mask guidelines at the St. Cloud location. 3 out of the 4 employees we observed were not wearing a mask.
The lady I talk to was a great help in located the auto transport I needed she was very nice
Nothing I'd recommend for the location or people working there, but it was very frustrating that I couldn't call the location directly I'd I had a question or need. The calls just go to a national call center and the people there are misinformed and can't help with specific questions. It is also at least a 20 minute wait to get someone on the phone through your call center.
Have the AC work in the truck and don't hide it in the back of the lot.
Charged me for 2 days rental and I only rented for 4 hours. I tried to call to get it figured out. Called 4x different times. Sat on hold for 45 minutes. Every time I called it is a 45+ minute wait time. Emailed the manager. No response. Ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. I'd rate the satisfaction level as poor.
I reserved a 26 foot truck, you guys switched me to a 15 foot one. I called Customer Service they Modified it to a 20 foot truck because a 26 wasn't available. Then when I arrived to pick up, they only had a 15 footer. The lady at the counter didn't care. She wouldn't even wave the milage because of the multiple trips I had to make because of the smaller truck.
Nothing, it was perfect!!
I was charged $62.17 twice and $57.17 once for my cargo van rental. I will be going back to the Uhaul rental place and having a talk with them. This is unacceptable!!!
Changed our pick up location further away and then changed our truck size, well after we had reserved, but charged the same price for a truck with 700 fewer cubic feet plus the extra drive miles. Then when we picked up the truck, the lock was unusable and we had to purchase one. Not pleased with the experience. Truck did work well though.
We had a tire blow out. We sat on the road for over 6 hours. This set my arrival time behind by a day. Eveytime I called I was on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before I could speak to someone. I was not offered some type of discount for our troubles. I am extremely disappointed with this rental experience.
