Answer phones. I called 5 times and always got the automated system. Waiting 10 minutes on auto is way too long

Tires and rims on trailer were completely shot, blew the tire as soon as I placed weight on it. Road side assistance couldn't/wouldn't help nor would the store. Ended up walking to get a patch kit and patching the tire myself, road side assistance said they'd reimburse me but I haven't been, no one has contacted/reply to me, and I'm sure the trailer with a temporary patch is back on the road again. The shop should inspect their tires for more than just tread and Uhaul should provide real road side assistance, not just an app (which doesn't work by the way, threw error messages and kept crashing) that tells you they won't help for days.

We had to drive an extra 2 hours to pick up our truck. Please let people know that their desired pick up location is not an option. The people at the St. Cloud location were terrific, however. The truck was very clean, but we were offended because of the heavy cigarette smell.

Staff was taking a test with 3 workers but only one staff was required for the online training. I sat in front of then for 4 minutes then moved to another computer and waited for staff to help for another 8 minutes. after the the team failed the test fir a second time they decided to acknowledge me. The gentleman didn't do so much in me wanting to return my business. the woman with fake eyebrows and piercing was nice

Combination of issues. Uhaul St cloud did not have any pads in the truck, my person who was picking up the truck, was told they were in the truck. They charged us for the pads. I had ordered a $5.00 pack of pads on line. Other problem, I ordered the truck online, listed another person as main driver, and me as secondary driver. I filled out the form completely. Got a confirmation number and email. Put my credit card to be charged. My driver gets there, and no record exists on their end. He has to put his card to pay for it. He was told only he could drive it, so that further complicated matters. This whole thing threw or timing for day off. I tried to call uhaul traffic department, and as usual for them, was on hold for twenty minutes or more. Every time I called uhaul, I was put on hold for it excessive amounts of time when I tried getting it done by phone. Please contact me via email or phone. Thus was Saturday the 29th. Of June.

I had ordered moving items along with my trailer reservation. Neither the cashier or I remembered them, so I had to make another trip to pick them up, which was inconvenient. Other than that my experience was great!

I rented a 26 foot truck, we had it loaded the night before and drove it to our new house in the morning for final walkthrough. We were told we could leave at the residence while we did closing. In which we did and we locked the doors and took the keys with us. When we got back we unloaded the uhaul and went to unlock it so we could move it to back up our second uhaul and other vehicles. The key would not unlock the cab of the uhaul. After having 6 people try to jiggle and wiggle the key no luck. Called the store I reserved it from and they just said call the road side assistant. Which I did, and it took over 4 hours to get someone out. During in which time we kept trying to get the key to work. No luck and we decided to unload the other uhaul from the road so we could go get more stuff from the storage unit. Got a call while out saying that the company they got told called me saying there was an accident and it would be delayed more, which they didnt and isnt on uhaul. Long story short the locking was defective even though the tech that came out was able to get the key to work We had a lot of lost time with the 26 foot truck taking up the whole drive way and just annoying that the key wouldn't work for the lock

The cab of the truck was filthy. I had to clean the cup holders of sun flower seeds. Wiped down the interior. I spent 18 hours in the cab.

I just returned a trailer that I rented yesterday. I want to go on record as saying that I am appalled by the deceptive and high-pressure tactics that your website employs when conducting a rental transaction. We all understand that you need to verify information, but the high pressure “trick-screw” tactics for purchasing insurance and everything else under the sun - things that you mislead us on is unethical and impractical. While not being a lawyer, I must also question the legality of those high pressure tactics as well. Many years ago I worked at a car dealership and I was always very cautious with anything that a salesperson said- especially a used-car salesperson. But your website has them all beat. The only thing missing is sunglasses. The staff did a great job, but your website has given me a very sour taste with your business. Overall a good experience and the guy at the location was good. The Trailer we rented was older and looked a little beat up. We had some hard rain during our drive with the trailer and we noticed the roof leaked in several spots just a little. The mattress we were hauling got wet in 4 spots from the roof leaking.
