I especially like access/use of the smaller cargo vans for moves both in and out of town. They are less intimidating to drive than the larger vans and I believe, more fuel efficient, and easier to park - all while accepting fairly large loads of furniture and household goods.

They need to make sure their electrical stuff like tail lights and all exterior lighting works correctly before releasing it to their customers. Me and my wife rented 3 trailers during a 2 weekends in a row and 2 of the trailers had bad exterior lights and we were not able to return our trailers in the evening because the lights were not working. So we returned them in the morning instead.. and with that thought in mind, uhaul considered charging us for an extra day on 2 of the trailers because of our decision to return the trailers the next morning.

The only thing I reserved a 26 ft but they gave me a 20 ft without any notice. Guess manager Changed it a few days Ago. They did credit me so was taken care of but had to get trailers and 4 trucks to get the job done in 1 trip. Will use them again but will make sure I get what I ordered next time.

First off, I asked for a dolly which was not included and did not realize until we opened the truck at my house. Tried to call and wait time to speak to someone was 15 minutes so we just did it without it. Now my final bill says not only am I being charged for the dolly rental fee but also a $60 missing dolly fee. I NEVER GOT THE DOLLY! I have sent an email but have gotten no response.

Once my reservation was made I was told that a representative would call me one day before to confirm the location for pick-up. I never recieved a call back. Water leaked into the 6 x 12 cargo trailer I rented. The back third of the trailer had wet boxes and water on some of the furniture when I arrived at destination. In the future the trailers should be inspected for water tightness prior to service

I wanted to self return it but the rude lady wouldn't let me. The battery on the truck died and they still charged me for a late return. I was told 200 miles was included but when I returned it they said I only had 91 miles included and charged me for the "extra miles". By far my worst experience and I rent u hauls all the time.
