ALAIN LI waited over 2 hours to get my equipment. The system was very slow. They should be able to use a paper to manually enter the information. I was late for my pickup.
BRUCE AYour truck take up and return software/procedure do not work 1 time on 2. It is very frustrating. I think to change company just for that.
JEAN-MICHEL BI did around 50 km with the truck, but they said I did over 277 km and overcharged me. Opened a complaint but have heard back from them yet. Scammers.
