Frédéric LHad difficulty using the app on the phone to take pictures and return truck after hours had to confirm the day after still waiting for the return of deposit on credit card .
rose-marie dthe employee was very helpful and polite, continue your great work. The only thing would be to advise the customers when they rent a 20 foot truck with double wheels or 4 wheels in the back that the customer needs to stop at the balances on the highway for weights check or else they would get a hefty fine for not stopping, it needs to be told to the customer. thank you
