My reservation got changed to another location the evening before. The pick-up time has moved to later and the drop time has moved to earlier AND I got charged for being late. The service sucks to the highest level. People over the phone (when they finally answer) are so pissed at you, I feel sorry for them. I left the gas tank over the level I was supposed to leave it, I regret it now.
