Changement d’heure et de ville pour la prise du camion. J’ai été obliger d’aller chercher le camion dans une autre ville deux heures plus tard que j’étais suposé avoir le véhicule. Le double du prix pour retourner le camion à l'endroit initial où la location était supposée être. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec cette compagnie de location.
PIERRE-ALEXANDRE TLe camion n’était pas déneigé et le service client a été pitoyable. Nous oblige à ramener le camion au même endroit quand j’aurais pu laissé le camion à Drummondville. Donc, plusieurs km pour rien.
