Hi, seriously is the worst place I’ve ever been the lady didn’t speak French or English. I took a picture of the equipment that she wanted us to leave with the tire was bald. I had to tell her that if she didn’t give me the other trailer, I would cancel it that wouldn’t take it. It was a road hazard. I even kept the picture.

AbdulMustafa SWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The female employee started yelling at us and insulting us. After realizing we had the incident on video, she even tried to take the phone out of the other employee’s hands so he wouldn’t be able to help us, but of course that didn’t work. I would not recommend renting a truck from this location to anyone.
Sarah PNous sommes très déçus de notre location. Le camion était sale a l'intérieur. La boîte arrière n'avait même pas été balayé. La porte du chauffeur ne débarrait même pas avec la clé. Sur la réservation ça disait que le gaz était au quart. Ce n'est même pas vrai, il était en-dessous de ça. Mon conjoint se demandait s'il en avait assez pour se rendre a la station service. J'ai été voir le monsieur a l'intérieur, il a de la difficulté a comprendre le français, pour lui expliquer. Sa réponse :c'est comme ça madame. Et pour finir le tout ,les lumières arrière gauche ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de lumière de frein , ni de clignotant. Un très gros entretien des véhicules serait vraiment nécessaire.
