J'ai ramené le trailer durant la nuit, bien avant mon heure de retour, vers les 4h00am alors que mon retour était prévu à midi. Ils ont fait le retour à 13h01 seulement et ils m'ont chargé une journée de plus sur ma carte de crédit à mon insu.

The first assigned truck had a burnt tail light. Always remember to perform an inspection before leaving. They assigned a replacement quickly and always with a smile. Everything went smoothly, without hassle from beginning to end.
