Helene GI have reserved a trailer from 3pm to 3pm the day after. The place had reserved the same trailer for 1pm the day a was bringing back the trailer at 3pm. The owner called me around 11 if I could bring back the trailer before 1pm for his other reservation. I told him I could not and so me I’m aloud 24th of rental I could only bring it back a bit before 3pm. He then threatened me to charge me double the fees if I was one minute late after 3pm. I found that very very rude and not called for to be threatened this way. I don’t think it’s a good behaviour for an owner and definitely don’t represent well U-haul. I don’t think that location should represent you.
Joel DThere was one signal light that didn't work, but I didn't bother with it. There attendant was very courteous and helpful. I hd booked an 8 ft trailer, but there was a 12 ft available, and he changed my reservation.
