The customer service was abysmal, I used the app and the information on it and in the files of the u haul detailer were different, after that they fixed it, it changed and the booked me 7 different things until they got it right and after all this, I still had to return the truck 30 min away from the said location at the beginning, so no, I dont recommend at all.

Stephane MMade the reservation two weeks prior to rent a 6 x 12 trailer in Saint Hubert coming from Ontario. I got notified the day of travel that they did not have the trailer reserved and I had to go 50 km east to pick one up no compensation afforded to me except another days rental on the trailer which I did not need
