J'ai dû attendre 43 minutes avant de partir parce que Mélanie (?) était partie avec le BMW (?) et que le fil pour les lumières était dedans. À mon retour, ça a pris 20 minutes parce que le monsieur parlait au téléphone. Le helper n'avait pas de masque (il y a une pandémie mondiale en ce moment), et celui qui parlait au cellulaire ne maîtrise pas le français (on est au Québec). JAMAIS je ne retournerai louer quelque chose là .

Truck was stuck in the snow with tires spinning. They had to pull it with a pick-up. I have a video

My reservation was completed by owner using his cell phone, it took 20 minutes, I was the only customer. Trailer having only left brake light working, other were burned. Owner wasn't on site when I returned trailer during opening hours, so I let the trailer there without knowing if I will receive or not my bills. I receve it 2 days after my return, thanks.
