Mauvaise expérience avec u-haul zéro sur 10
Nsibi NHi, seriously is the worst place I’ve ever been the lady didn’t speak French or English. I took a picture of the equipment that she wanted us to leave with the tire was bald. I had to tell her that if she didn’t give me the other trailer, I would cancel it that wouldn’t take it. It was a road hazard. I even kept the picture.

AbdulMustafa SWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The female employee started yelling at us and insulting us. After realizing we had the incident on video, she even tried to take the phone out of the other employee’s hands so he wouldn’t be able to help us, but of course that didn’t work. I would not recommend renting a truck from this location to anyone.
