Customer service needs improvement! Car dolly was damaged the driver light didn't work. And my pick up location was changed three times which was poor because I was out of state and I had no idea where I was.

Sonya B.I didn't realize it was not a regular Uhaul. I didn't know that "after hours" started at 3pm and had to pay extra for that. I also had to pay $25 cleaning fee but when I picked up the truck it was GROSS and not cleaned from the previous user. Crushed goldfish crackers were all over the floor and dried liquid in the cup holders. The woman at the front desk, Jennifer was very nice.
