The person at the desk was rude and confrontational. When I went to pick up the truck she said I was late and she didn't know if she still had it (she did). I said to her I told you when I made the reservation in person with her that I wouldn't pick up until 10:30 or 11 am. She said very rudly I'll get my boss to play back the tape. When I showed her the reservation with the time on it she said someone must have changed it. I had also made a reservation online for 2 days earlier and when I went there she said I don't have that truck or any truck available. Blamed it on online reservations. No concern of hers! I'll never use them again and wish I had just walked out.
