The truck had check engine light on, there was sand on floor board, seat would not move forward, charged twice for fuel.
Linda D.The customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady assisting me at pick up was talking horribly about the children in the back room and was sure to tell me they were not her's. Drop off was just as bad. The same lady was on her personal phone and did not excuse her conversation to assist me. Continued her conversation while checking me out. She was loudly saying how she was about to make her partner back their bags and leave mean while the other associate had one of her children (about 4 years of age) in her lap while she was parking the uhaul truck. I will continue to use uhaul but will not return to this location for pick up or drop off.

Ryan G.I had selected 0700 as a pickup time for 24/7 pickup yet when the morning of my reservation came I was told that I was scheduled for hand delivery. Due to this I was forced to wait until 0830 to receive my truck while the reservation clearly started at 0700. I request the reservation guarantee
