These people should NOT be allowed to deal with anybody. They lied, were rude, tried to delay trip and were extremely mean. DO NOT USE BATTEN APPLIANCE for ANYTHING!!!!. They should all be thrown in jail for fraud. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

This location closes for lunch. Tried to charge us $20 late fee because they had gone to lunch at noon. We arrived 5 minutes after 12:00. Our prior business has been in Kingsland, a closer location and more professional.
Holly M B.Address was incorrect for pick up, I jumped off a flight and hired a ride to take me to this location. Upon arrival the address was incorrect. also once on arrival I found my truck share was not set up properly and took an hour on the phone with support before we were able to successfully pick up truck, on inspection of the truck realized the truck was not loaded with a the dolly that we requested on the reservation.
