U-Haul was dirty inside. Tire monitor system needs to be serviced so tire pressure light was on the entire time. Return information incorrect. Won’t ever use this location again.
Wendy BHello, My pickup was rescheduled to this location 1 day before the move date. I made last-minute adjustments, but they were not even open when I had scheduled to pick up. A nice person who had just arrived went out of his way to check me in even before they opened, but unfortunately, the logistics were a bit messed up due to the rescheduled pickup. Overall, I like U-Haul, but in the metro area, I've encountered more issues than when I use U-Haul in a more rural location.
