The only thing I would say is when we called 1800 uhaul they told us we could pick up our uhaul at 8:00 in the morning and when we arrived to pick it up we had to sit there for an hour because they didn't actually open till 9:00!!!!

I live in Northfield, MN and was looking for something close to home. They said the only trailer available was in St Paul MN. When I got home I passed the local U-haul place and they had the trailer I was looking for right on the lot. It would be nice to be able to have rented that unit. I spent 2 or more extra hours driving to St. Paul and then driving back to return it.

The online check in and return does not work. I had to finish my check in in-person because the online check in wouldn't continue. The return website did not let me upload pictures of the odometer or the gas gauge, so I had to return the vehicle without doing the official return, causing me an unnecessary $20 charge. This location was closed when the hours listed on the door said it should be open when trying to return the vehicle. Overall, a poor experience.

I reserved a truck starting at 7 AM. I was informed a week before the move that the truck wouldn't be available until 10:30. I was notified again at 10 AM on move date that the truck was further delayed by another hour. The truck was supposedly put through a COVID cleaning, but we brought our own wipes and just wiping down the steering wheel turned a wipe completely dirty, which leads me to believe there was no cleaning done. The online check in and return process took longer than I expected - might be good to let renters know that they will need to spend 15-30 minutes on this process.

Not the fault of the dealer...Uhaul app was difficult to use. It wouldn't recognize my location even though my settings were right...and Google maps knew where I we called...waited on hold 30 min..were told " that wasn't her dept" back on hold. Tried another phone and it worked. Guy who g as very us the truck in the morning and it wouldn't work said I wouldn't h as very the same trouble at pick up....I did. I suppose I will use Uhaul again...but only out of necessity. Not happy. I couldn't set up an account without calling either. It wouldn't recognize my phone #. Wasted probably 2 hours this week on the phone with Uhaul.

The location I signed up for online changed(which is fine). However the new location did not offer pickup 24/7. I had to wait on outside for 40 minutes until they opened. Also my reservation had 3 separate addresses on it and was super confusing. My experience was subpar.

I love this location. I haul over charged me $14.00 for fuel. I returnee the truck with more gas than when I picked up the truck. I'm expecting a reimbursement. It was done on my phone and I may be part of the problem with this. I thought I put the line where it was when I picked up the trick.

I received excellent service from this location. However, I think you have some issues with your website. I went online and it allowed me to order a truck at another location. Upon contacting them, they said they didn't have s truck available. He then gave me a 1-800 number that led me to renting a truck at this location. Everything worked out in the end but the website has issues.
