Just overall not a very pleasant experience
Joe KStill trying to resolve overcharge. I reserved a 5x8 trailer 3 day rental for $39 under reservation 24590573 starting on Friday 4/17 for local usage from Dart Storage (300 Eaton Street, St. Paul, MN). I dropped off the trailer on 4/19 (2 days). Somehow my contract was adjusted to a one way to Becker, MN and I was then charged a daily rate that showed a drop off on 4/20. I have timestamped photos of my drop off and copies of my original reservation showing a 3 day rental (local for $39) and was charged 24.95 / day on the receipt. The phone number of the local company just beeps and cannot get through. The trailer was a piece of crap, with rails missing, etc. Cannot resolve despite numerous calls to the 1-800 number. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card.
Joe KThe gas wasn't at a quarter tank when I picked it up but I was charged for not returning it at a quarter tank.
