Mid at best. Gas was on E. Felt like it was on fumes and barely made it to the gas station. When I asked the attendant, the response was “that was how it was returned last” and to “come back with it how you got it.” Didn’t feel safe to effectively say to bring it back as close to running out of gas as you can.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe lock was rusted so bad. It took me over half an hour and trying all of the codes for the location and eventually, using the rubber end of a pair of pliers for grip to get the lock undone to access the key for my truck. My hands and fingers are sore and bruised from trying to get this lock open. I honestly think I deserve compensation off of my last reservation. This has been the most difficult pickup this summer (I think this is my third or fourth?). I also left more gas than I started out with. My guess is about two gallons more.

A weird situation came up in the UHaul system that he hadn’t handled before and even though he couldn’t reach his manager he was super helpful and got the problem resolved. Took longer than I would have liked, but when you have excellent customer support it makes all the difference.
JENNIFER HWhen I got in the truck the gas tank below 1/4 tank and then when I took off it went to Empty. I brought up the 1/4 to to the person at the front and they said "That's how it was brought back, so when you bring it back just make sure it's at that same level" I had to stop and get gas immediately after I left the Uhaul so I didn't run out.
