The gas wasn't at a quarter tank when I picked it up but I was charged for not returning it at a quarter tank.

Jeff CThe back of the truck had dirt and leaves inside of it. It was raining the day of my move, so even after trying to sweep it is, there was mud everywhere. There was also the panel inside the truck that kept falling off. The driver door also seemed like it wasn't able to shut properly.
Dustin EThe location for U-Haul pickup was changed last minute. I then had to find transportation to get to the new location. This location was not easy to find.
