How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had to wait 1.5 hours, when I had a scheduled pickup at 10 am. It’s not really this place’s fault. It was uhauls fault. The scheduled pickup up changed to another location. I had another return picked to drop off but had to return back to this location. Total mess up.
Randy OWhen returning truck, it said to scan the QR code on the outside of building. There was NO code. Delayed my checkout by 30 minutes
DALE AAt the shell station they need better trained personnel. It took me 30 minutes to check in the truck. Employee was not very well trained
Bradley FVery easy and convenient drop off!
