Customer service at this location was horrible. Nobody preset at location to assist with rental. I was provided a truck with no gas, no walk-around for damage, back door wouldn’t latch down. I returned the truck 1.5 hours early and I was charged extra for something they would not clarify when I finally got ahold of someone on the phone.
