Location was excellent. It was easy to find the truck and get the keys. Only feedback is for uhaul corporate. It’s difficult to get the pictures due to tight spacing when parking. Overall, I would rent from this location again.

The app didn't work when I had to pick it up and drop it off, the person I called at the location was 0 help and barely understood him. I had to drive away to connect to wifi and when I finally got the app to work and key to unlock, the key was not in box. I had toncall the number again and wait for someone to get there to find the key for me. The person that showed up had about 4 teeth and was very sketchy. The area itself made me very uneasy and it was a lot full of abandoned semis with questionable people sitting around. I did not feel safe as a single female picking up my truck. The truck itself barely turned over and would not start a couple times. Drop off was just as bad, the app and website would not work and I connected to chat and got disconnected 5 times. There were many rough looking men at the lot and I did not feel safe at all. I just left the truck and had to get home to connect to wifi to complete return through chat. I will never use this location again.
