Pick up was bumpy and took way too long. Woman who helped was late and the pickup took over 30 minutes. Not ideal. We were late to meet our moving crew and had planned plenty of time.

I drove from Salt Lake to Superior to pick up the trailer and still had to go to Troy to get my daughter and son in law, along with their car. It was stressful. I am grateful for the customer experience that was given at this location. They were friendly and took the time to show me how to strap down the car once I got it onto the trailer. They also gave me directions to get to Troy from there.
