Make sure that the UHaul employee stays at the location until it is supposed to close so he can help. The location was supposed to be open until 3:00 p.m., but he left before that. When the employee indicates that you can come and pick up the truck earlier than scheduled, he needs to make sure that the pick-up time is changed so I can get the code to get the key. Finally, fix the air conditioning in the truck. It felt like 111 degrees Fahrenheit with the humidex scale. That made it unbearable in the cab of the truck. The ladies who communicated with me on the phone when I used the 1-800 phone number were charming and helpful!
Ken MWent to drop off uhaul rental , I was told that the uhaul section was closed as the employee had a doctors appointment. I requested my deposit be refunded and was told to come back tomorrow and get it? The lady was rude and inviting. I won’t be using this drop off location in the future.
