Agent didn't know the insurance rates. I was quoted $8.00 for insurance and then when I asked for insurance at pickup it was........$30.00 !!!! Wow !! And then after a short discussion about how this happened I asked for help hooking up my trailer to the truck and I was told "we don't do that"!!!!! Wow !! Not sure what was supposed to happen but I hoped for more than that ( hooking up ) and less tha that ( insurance......as I was quoted !!! )

had to unload own trailer. took my rental receipt offering no return or copy of receipt. and trailer was booked at 19.95 from this location. instead had to drive to london and pay just over 60. other than that was ok

The previous renters returned the truck 45 minutes late...without penalty which was a real problem for us. Uhaul needs to penalize renters if they do not return a vehicle on time as all other businesses do. And when the previous renters finally returned the vehichle...they did not fill it with gas and they were not bothered or felt they had inconvenienced anyone by returning the vehicle late.

I ordered truck for 4 was not available until 5. pickup location was changed to a different location and man I spoke to on the phone was very rude to me telling me if I could not drive 1 kilometer further to pick up and return truck I did not need to rent it. He also told me the confirmation paper I received did not mean anything. If this had not been 1 day before my move I would of cancelled but I had no choice because there was no time to rent elsewhere. Very disappointed with customer service. would not recommend your company to my friends

The alternator wasn't working and the truck died on a major highway. Apparently the battery was replaced very recently. I think the mechanic should have tested the alternator at that time and saved me a major inconvenience. The location manager was very apologetic and I don't blame him. My only complaint would be with the mechanic

Enjoyed my experience here at the Glen Haven Motel U-Haul. Was only a 2 minute drive from home not 25-30 minutes away like corporate location that the phone center was trying to send me too. I like to support my local businesses whenever?I have a chance to. Thanks
