Do what the customer asks. Dont promise what you dont have. Dont make people drive out of their way, even though you credit them because moving is hard enough. Dont change itinerary.

I HONSTLY LOST COUNT WITH HOW MUCH YOU OWE ME IN MONEY. IT WENT FROM 212, TO 300 ABD SOMETHING AND NEXT THING I KNOW ITS 600 SOMETHING.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!

Jennifer Kmissing dollies i ordered were not put in truck. trying to call the day before to make sure everything was good to go number given came up as not a working number.. piss poor location and no customer service...
jason kUnclear how U-Haul would improve this but the cell service at this location is not very strong and it made using the mobile app for the self check-in very difficult.
