I HONSTLY LOST COUNT WITH HOW MUCH YOU OWE ME IN MONEY. IT WENT FROM 212, TO 300 ABD SOMETHING AND NEXT THING I KNOW ITS 600 SOMETHING.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!

Everything went well with checking in to obtain the UHaul truck
Jennifer Kmissing dollies i ordered were not put in truck. trying to call the day before to make sure everything was good to go number given came up as not a working number.. piss poor location and no customer service...
jason kUnclear how U-Haul would improve this but the cell service at this location is not very strong and it made using the mobile app for the self check-in very difficult.
Nichole FWhen I arrived to pick up my Uhaul the app wasn't working. I called customer service and it was fine. I ordered either a 10/15 foot truck and I go to the truck and there is a trailer attached to the truck. I have never removed one before and I am the only one at the pickup. Therefore the truck was not ready. It took me 30 or more minutes to try and lift the latch off the ball. I don't have any family in Ste.Gen, and my fiancee was an hour away. I struggled and the store was CLOSED. I finally got a hold of a neighbor to help me. I will never rent from this place again.
