Hi We had challenges to pick up the truck, even if we had taken the option to pick up with only our cell, we got there 15min earlier to take the time, on the app we had to call assistance. They told us that we were to early and to start back at the time of the reservation. We did so, when we came back it was the same situation. We call back and then they told us to go inside the corner store, because we had selected a corner store to pick up the truck. So inside the gentlemen told us we had to process with him in order to get the key. So why are you saying that we can pick up the equipment only with our cell? It's not trough! If we had known we would had gone in the corner store at the beginning. The truck was OK, but the air conditioner wasn't working, close were left in the truck. Honestly it wasn't a good experience. We don't think we will do business with UHaul again

Amazing experience, simple and quick. I would only recommend having a chart/graph/poster available to the location that provides answers to frequently asked questions. I asked the clerk many questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but an information graph would have been helpful.
