No one there to help us remove the trailer from my hitch. The drop off is a hotel. They had to call someone to come help. In addition, I struggled to find the drop off location.
TRINA CI had to do the whole hook. In the past the employee has hooked up the equipment for me.
Jeff MIt took over 45 minutes to be able to pick up the truck that was "rented" and paid online. There was an issue with the milage from the previous renter that caused an error in the system. (not the pickup locations fault) * The windshield was cracked. * Almost Bald steer tire on the passenger side (have pics) * Violent shaking around 30 to 35 miles per hour.
