Customer Service could be better. There were multiple large dogs roaming freely in the office when I arrived. I am not comfortable around dogs and mentioned this as I entered because dogs ran towards me, but my concern was not acknowledged. I stood at the entrance while one large dog sat directly in front of me and a smaller dog repeatedly put its front paws on me. The owner glanced at me but did not address the situation until he finished assisting another customer. While I understand that the owner may love his dogs, but this is a professional business, and a basic level of courtesy is expected. Customers should be greeted and made to feel comfortable, especially when a concern is expressed.

More seats, maintain trucks mechanically, the break pedal was sticky,the traction. Control came on,the exhaust was loud. It did get great gas mileage for long distance travel.

Ashwinbhai PThe people here were kind and helpful. Very good experience. However, the truck was not in good shape. There were a lot of scratches on the exterior of the truck. The rear gate was hard to get all the way down. The truck had no power. It wouldn't go over 45 miles per hour without really tromping on the gas, which I won't do. The steering or alignment is off: it pulled to the right some of the time and to the left other times. I had to constantly adjust the wheel back and forth, even on a straight road. Easily the worst rental truck I have ever driven. We got the job done, though, and I would definitely rent from this location again.
