I have not one compliant! I might go back to act like I want to rent a truck, just so I can play with the dogs again! Seriously though everything was perfect.
JOSEPH EWe were charged a cleaning fee when there was no cleaning needed to be done. The person we talked to at the Salem Ohio location was very rude to us about why we needed a twenty five dollar cleaning fee with no evidence to show us.
