The fella running the place was friendly, helpful, intelligent and provided a truck quickly. When we returned the truck, he was super-efficient and we were out of there within 2 minutes.
David PDropped off the truck after hours. Drop off was easy and seamless.
Ynette DDid an after-hours drop-off. The process, for the most part, was easy. At the time of drop off, there was a man walking through the parking lot by the building, yelling. He then proceeded to go and sit on a sign at the edge of the parking lot and continue to yell out loud and hitting the sign he was sitting on. When leaving, we would've driven out a different way to give him space, but it was the only way out of the parking lot. Other than that, dropping off the U-haul was easy and turning in the keys.
Megan AThe blankets and hand truck were missing from the back as the door was left open and I would imagine a homeless person possible took the blankets, just speculating.
