The back was not locked in a downtown location. If there had been a hand truck it was gone and there were only two loading blanks of the dozen we reserved. The office was closed so there was no one for assistance. The app kept glitching and it was not clear based on the instructions provided that there was only a 15 minute pick-up window when we reserved the entire day. Overall awful experience.
