jerry bThis experience renting a uhaul was atrocious. Even returning it after having 3 separate reservations to make it work out, the app allowed me to check out, told me to turn in keys to the box, only for there to me no box on site. A staff came out after hours from the Shell and let me know he would take it, but there is no box and it shouldn't let me turn in after hours. I will be calling customer service. This was absolutely terrible and added so much stress to my move.
