The U-Haul rental had a hole drilled into the gas tank upon being rented to us, so I would consider that not well maintained. As I later found out, a relative also had this experience when picking up from this location. Only giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the Shell employee was very helpful to us, while I cannot say the same for U-Haul.
