The only positive thing I can say is we were we successfully checked in. VERY poor customer service. Even though the two people working there were doing NOTHING, they made us grab our own appliance hand cart, we had to load it ourselves, tie it down ourselves,(and we are "grey hairs") find the truck ourselves and when my husband went to turn the truck back in, the guy said "just give me the key, I'll check it in later". Fortunately my husband made sure to tell him he had take photos of the entire truck or who know what would happen. We will not be renting from that location again.

dave hI drove a bit extra but I gave extra gas. Was charged 8 dollars. Kinda seemed petty is all.
Thomas MThey didn’t have the truck I had reserved (the previous customer hadn’t returned it) not did they have the Saran Wrap I also reserved. But the guy was nice and it all worked out.
