Uhaul did not give me the key access code to pick up my Uhaul truck. I had to call and be on the phone for 40 mins just to figure out how to retrieve the key since the store was closed. It was a hassle.

This location was closed. I tried to call three times while they were open and got no answer. I have issues that have failed to be acknowledged.
