Demetria SIt was a very cold morning when we picked up the U-Haul and he had started it and gotten it warm for us. He was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The only issue was that he said the contract would come to the email on file and when I asked him what email was on file, he said he didn't know. It turned out that no email was on file. So on the day we were returning the U-Haul, I couldn't remember the exact time we rented it and I was a little over an hour past the time and was charged for an extra day. Also, the lady I spoke to the morning of the return at 1-800 U-Haul who looked up the contract and time kept saying, don't worry you won't be charged! My real complaint is to the lady I spoke to on the morning of 12-23 who said I won't be charged for another day.
