It was a very cold morning when we picked up the U-Haul and he had started it and gotten it warm for us. He was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The only issue was that he said the contract would come to the email on file and when I asked him what email was on file, he said he didn't know. It turned out that no email was on file. So on the day we were returning the U-Haul, I couldn't remember the exact time we rented it and I was a little over an hour past the time and was charged for an extra day. Also, the lady I spoke to the morning of the return at 1-800 U-Haul who looked up the contract and time kept saying, don't worry you won't be charged! My real complaint is to the lady I spoke to on the morning of 12-23 who said I won't be charged for another day.

MOHAMED QThe inside of the truck stunk and the driver bet seatbelt smelled like sweat. The inside of the trailer was not swept out from the previous renter(s). Upon returning the truck to the rental location I approached my car (I left it at the rental location) and I discovered that the metal on the driver door was bent as if someone James something in the door trying to open it.
