The windshield and hood was coated in ice. I had to thaw and remove the ice from the vehicle, which was not easy.

Uhaul did not give me the key access code to pick up my Uhaul truck. I had to call and be on the phone for 40 mins just to figure out how to retrieve the key since the store was closed. It was a hassle.
