Wheals and Deals was a fine location for drop-off. I would like to comment on the return process on the Uhaul app. It was not very good at completion of the return. I had to complete the process multiple times and the app still was showing the return as not completed. For whatever reason, the app was not very responsive.

Very courteous and knowledgeable owner. Spoke with him before dropping off truck and he instructed me on everything I needed to do and what time the truck needed to be returned by. Took no time for him to check truck prior to me leaving. Very prompt and excellent service.
Barbara KOur drop off location was changed at the last minute. There was no sign where to drop off the trailer. The place was closed. We had it unhooked and some guy came out and said we couldn’t put it where we had it. We had to take it to a field that was covered in water and mud.
