The mileage on the paperwork was incorrect but I did not notice until after the fact. I didn’t drive the car 9 miles but ended up paying for 9 miles.

Robin BIf I opt to pick up during store hours (NOT mobile check-in, self check-in), I should not have to check in on my phone, take photos of the vehicle, and upload photos of my ID on my phone WHILE IN THE STORE? What is the point of having the in store option if it’s just as annoying? and exactly the same as the mobile option?
