The wheel fell off the trailer. I was stuck on the highway for 5.5 hours, waiting for someone to come tow the U-Haul trailer to another location to swap out. The wait was excruciating, stressful and a major set back. The guy who did show up to tow was absolutely my hero. He was very professional and did his very best to get us taken care of.

christian fEdwards Auto Service is my "GO TO" U-Haul for multiple reasons. First, it is NEVER crowded. I have been to U-Haul locations all over the United States. Many times long lines are an issue. This is never the case at Edwards. Second, I use Edwards for auto repair as well, and I know that they are a family business (almost 50 years at this location) with integrity! Third, the staff are always friendly and helpful through the process. They answer all of your questions and don't hold anything against what you don't know whether it is towing or automotive understanding. Fourth, the equipment is well maintained and has easy access. The property has plenty of room for entry / exit, which is a big deal when towing or driving a truck. Try them out! You won't be disappointed! FIVE STAR RATING!!
