How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure the locks have the right code. We had to call customer service and it took him 5 different codes until it came open. We were there two hours trying to open lock.
david fWhen I picked up my vehicle, it was empty, had to pay $110 for fuel, the site doesn’t work to upload pictures of the vehicle, the location was great, the people were great but the truck and the app needs work.
PATSY YThe lady was nice, but the shop was dirty. Also, the truck was not clean.
Brandon HI’m not sure if the store owner knew exactly what to do, however they were very kind and friendly. Maybe lacking tech wise. Thanks
