I ordered my rental for 8:00am fir mobile pickup and the site was not corporating at all I tried calling support but no one answered until 9am I went to the store and that was not opening until 10. Now remember I had the rental scheduled for 8 I had people waiting for me and the rental. I also asked to rent 2 utility dollies and 2 furniture dollies the was only 1 of each in the rental! When I went to return the rental all I did was argue with the manager in the store! I will never recommend this location to anyone and plan to spread the word unless this is fixed!

Kaden BQuit allowing your franchisees to rip off your customers with the extra this and that fee and quoting one price for mileage and green charging MORE than double upon receipt. They also would t give me any kind of receipt when I’m the vehicle was turned in and now I know why.
