Timothy DThe lady at the front seemed to not want to do any of the check-in process. She first told me to open the check in process on my phone and I insisted I selected the option for the cashier to handle it. She then had me fold my moving blankets and remove the dolly’s from the truck. She even tried ro get me to park the truck in the back lot for her.
